The site is information, not an offer
Everything on this site, including network locations, placement specifications, audience figures and availability, is provided for general information. It is not an offer to contract, and nothing here creates a binding agreement. Advertising is sold under a separate written agreement or insertion order, and that document governs what you actually buy. Locations, specifications and availability change, so call or text us to confirm anything you intend to rely on.
Audience figures
Figures shown on this site are network-wide aggregates for the period stated, drawn from the analytics reported by Facebook, YouTube and X. Ad spot views are derived from audience watch time and playlist rotation rather than counted individually. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results, and performance varies by barn, by season and by sale. We will give you the figures for the specific locations you are considering on request.
Acceptable use
Don’t use this site to break the law, don’t attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, don’t scrape or copy it wholesale, and don’t use it in a way that interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
Intellectual property
The design, text, photographs and video on this site belong to Bluestem Digital or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
Sale barn names and logos, and the advertisements shown as creative examples, are the property of their respective owners and appear here to identify our partners and illustrate our work. Their appearance does not imply that those owners endorse or are affiliated with anything else on this site. If you own one of those marks and want it removed, email info@bluestemdigital.com and we will take it down promptly.

No warranty
