The short version: we collect what you send us on the contact form, we use it to answer you, and we don’t sell it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Bluestem Digital LLC (“Bluestem Digital”, “we”, “us”), 127769 EW 8 RD, Forgan, OK 73938. You can call or text us on 580-259-0683 or email info@bluestemdigital.com.
What we collect
Information you give us. If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, the barns or markets you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. If you call, text or email us we keep a record of that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Our web host records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use these only to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies, does not run analytics, and does not carry advertising or social media tracking pixels. Loading any page on this site sends no request to any third-party server: the fonts, images and video are all served from our own site.
The one exception is the contact form. When you press send, what you typed is passed to Formspree (formspree.io), the service that delivers it to us as an email. That happens only when you submit the form, never just from visiting a page, and Formspree handles it on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
If we add analytics, advertising pixels or embedded players later we will update this page first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.

If you tick the consent box on the contact form, you are agreeing that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your enquiry. You can withdraw that at any time: reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or email info@bluestemdigital.com. Consent is never a condition of buying anything from us.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use it to build profiles for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: our web host, Formspree (which delivers the contact form to us), our email provider and our accounting software, and only so they can perform that service for us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become customers are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Customer records are kept as long as we do business together and afterwards for as long as tax and contract law requires. Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@bluestemdigital.com and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law. Tell us and we will honour them.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send us sensitive information such as bank details, card numbers or government identification through the contact form.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to sale barn websites, Facebook, YouTube and X. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else’s site under their privacy policy, not ours.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
